The following information applies to ordering artwork online from the Corinne Young Textiles shop. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please check the FAQ or contact me.
How is my order shipped?
Small items are sent via Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Items over £80 will be send with tracking/to be signed for. All items will be very carefully packed, and can be gift wrapped at no extra cost if required.
What is the cost of delivery?
All items in the Corinne Young Textiles shop include postage and packing costs for the UK.
Please contact me for details about shipping outside the UK. With regard to the current issues with sending to Europe, please be aware that any extra charges and taxes payable en route are the responsibility of the customer, not the artist.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed via Square.
Can I order an item as a gift?
While making your purchase, please let me know in your ‘Order Notes’ if the item is for a gift. I will gift-wrap it for you at no extra charge. You can also contact me immediately after your purchase.
What happens if, for any reason, I am not happy with the item ordered?
I am certain that you will be happy with any item you order. However, any item (apart from custom orders) can be returned to me within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. I will not accept returns after 28 days have elapsed since purchase. Please contact me regarding any problems you may have.
Please note that while we take extra care to ensure that the original work is represented accurately in the product photographs, colours may differ slightly (e.g. in richness/brightness) from those shown.
